The Ann Foundation (AF) is seeking a number of educational volunteers to help develop and support our curriculum work. We currently have 3 positions open:
Curriculum designers for the AF work with a small, dedicated team of educators to develop comprehensive lesson plans according to an internationally-recognized ESL learning framework (CEFR). The lessons are used to deliver online English lessons to underprivileged children in SE Asia. Contribution commitment: 1-3 hours per week. We appreciate a 1-year commitment.
The Curriculum Team Manager maintains regular contact with Curriculum Design team members, reviews the completed lesson plans to confirm fit with the CEFR guidelines, & ensures that the completed lessons are available to the tutors. The Manager also liaises with the Tutor Team Manager and other members of the AF community. Contribution commitment: 2-4 hours per week. We appreciate a 1-year commitment.

The Tutor Team manager will provide all-important liaison between the AF online tutors and the curriculum team. This is a new position. We are looking for someone who can train the tutors in best practices for online instruction, conduct surveys of the tutors to determine their needs, & evaluate the effectiveness of the program. Contribution commitment: 2-4 hours per week. We appreciate a 1-year commitment.
