About the Ann Foundation
The Ann Foundation is a 100% volunteer-driven organization providing free English and Computer classes to underprivileged children and youth around the globe. Through our online English and computer programs, we empower these children to become literate, employable, independent, and lifelong learners.

Volunteer Role: Online English Tutor
Time Commitment: 2 to 4 hours per week
Class Timings: Varies, mostly it is in the evenings (India time) 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM IST
Teaching Platforms: Google Meet, Zoom, Skype
We are looking for volunteers who can dedicate time to teach English to underprivileged children in various regions. In this role, you will help translate English into the local language to ensure that students grasp the language effectively.
Required Skills and Languages:
We have tutoring opportunities available in the following regions:
- West Bengal
- Pakistan
- Tamil Nadu
- Kerala
- Andhra Pradesh
Volunteers must be proficient in one of the following languages, as you will need to translate from English to the local language during your sessions:
- Bengali
- Hindi
- Tamil
- Malayalam
- Telugu
What We’re Looking For:
- Patience and passion for teaching
- Willingness to volunteer and make an impact in the lives of children
- Ability to speak and teach in one of the above languages
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in English
